ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We understand that online shopping for fashion items can be tricky, therefore, our return policy allows for an exchange or refund, however, the following conditions must be met:
Original tags are attached, item is unworn, unwashed, in it’s original condition within specified time frame.
Return for exchange, credit or refund:
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please email email@example.com to notify us within 3 days of receiving your item to request an exchange or apply for a credit. We need to receive the goods within 7 days after we approve the return. Any return courier fees will be at your own cost, We recommend that you use courier with tracking service, as we are not responsible for lost items in transit.

Exchange or credit note: If we don’t have the product you require at the time, or you can’t find a suitable product for exchange, after we receive and check the returned item, by default, we will issue you a credit note which you can spend later in our online store. All returns for purchases made by Afterpay will be offered a credit note only.
Refund: This option is only available by request. (does not apply for purchases made by Afterpay). You will need to notify us by email before you send the item(s) back to us. After we receive and check the retuned item, we will process the refund back onto your original form of payment less postage of $8.00 for NZ orders or $20.00 for Australian orders.
Faulty item: If the product you received is faulty, please email us and explain the fault with a picture that shows the fault clearly. We will either repair, replace or provide a refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Return of Sale items: you will need to notify us in 2 days of receiving the item, after we have approved your return, we will need to receive it in 3 days which means you will need to post it to us straight away, please note, the time frame for sales items return is strict. Only an exchange or credit note will be offered for any sale items.

- Item returned without prior approvals, we will send the garment back to you, any further courier fees will be charged and deducted from any refund if any.
